Introduction

East China Normal University is a national key university established by the merger of Daxia University and Guanghua University, located in the southwest of Shanghai. It has a total of 40 faculties and 61 disciplines, including education, social sciences, humanities, natural sciences, and management chemistry. There are 19,000 undergraduate students enrolled. The vast campus, blending European and Chinese architectural styles, is known as the "Garden Campus" with flowing rivers and serves as a tourist destination. It has the largest number of students in Shanghai and provides various cultural activity venues such as dormitories and dining halls exclusively for international students, as well as indoor sports halls and bowling alleys. The campus is relatively close to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, with a subway station located in front of the main gate, providing convenient transportation access.
